This privacy policy explains how Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Astrizon", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use www.astrizon.com or contact us. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we also comply with it.

We collect only what we need for these purposes. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Consent
We process the information you send through our forms on the basis of your consent. Before you submit a form, we show you a short notice explaining what we collect and why, and you give consent by ticking the consent box. Consent is optional, but we cannot respond to an enquiry or consider an application without it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by using our privacy request form or emailing support@astrizon.com. We then stop processing your data for that purpose and erase it unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. We process server logs without consent, as a legitimate use permitted by law for keeping the website secure.
Your rights
- Access: a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing we carry out.
- Correction and erasure: correct, complete or update your data, or have it erased when it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, as described above.
- Grievance redressal: raise a concern with our Grievance Officer.
- Nomination: nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To exercise any of these rights, use our privacy request form or email support@astrizon.com. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 30 days, and in any case within 90 days. There is no charge.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and job applicants must confirm that they are 18 or older. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will erase it.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as our website hosting provider, DigitalOcean, whose servers for this website are located in Bengaluru, India, and our email delivery provider, Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC), which sends our website notification and acknowledgement emails from servers in the United States. If you choose to load the map on our Contact page, the map is loaded from Google, and Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. We may disclose personal data where required by law.
Transfers outside India
We store website data in India. When you submit a form, the details are also emailed to our team through Postmark, whose servers are in the United States. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act allows such transfers unless the Government of India restricts transfers to a particular country, and we will comply with any such restriction.
How we protect your data
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for every page and form.
- CVs stored outside the public website, with access limited to authorised staff.
- Access controls, server logging and monitoring to detect misuse.
- Automatic deletion of data at the end of the retention periods above.
Personal data breaches
If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you without delay, describing what happened, the likely impact and the steps we are taking, and we will report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and it works fully without any cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. If we make significant changes affecting data you have already given us, we will tell you where we have your contact details.
